Who are the Moderators?
AIR MILES Community Moderators will be clearly identified (with the word "Moderator" next to their screen name) within the Community. They will review content flagged as inappropriate and may provide assistance or answer questions posted by Members when appropriate.
Where do I report inappropriate content?
We want to make sure the Community remains a place where all Members can enjoy the discussions; memory galleries, etc. We trust that members of the Community will keep a high standard of content and not post any inappropriate content. In the case that you feel something is inappropriate; you may use the Flag as inappropriate button. Once you have flagged any content the Community Moderators are notified and will deal with the content appropriately. Please review the community guidelines for more details on inappropriate content.
Why was my comment/post removed?
Your post may have been removed if your content was flagged as inappropriate by other community members. Once your post has been flagged it is reviewed by a Community Moderator and you will be notified if this was the cause for your post being removed within 72 hours.
